Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Exemptions

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for the same item if available, or store credit.
